Holiday village Suvi-Nuuttila is located on the shore of over 100 km-long Lake Näsijärvi. The area is peaceful in a setting of forests and varying terrain and offers an excellent environment for an active and / or restful close-to-nature vacation.

Most of the cottages stand on an idyllic island, sheltered by trees to ensure the privacy. Each cottage has its own sauna, shoreline (suitable for children) and boat. The cottages are well to reach by a car.

Here you can sail, fish, hike, pick mushrooms and berries in forest or just take a relaxing sauna.

In Visuvesi, about 8 km from Suvi-Nuuttila you can make a steamship-trip to Tampere by Poet's Way. This ship has its own restaurant. You can also take bicycles to the steamer if you wish to make a combinated steamer-cycle-tour.

While you are here you should not miss the Canyon Lakes of Toriseva. They are located 10 km from Suvi-Nuuttila. Here you can hike or have a pause in an idyllic cafe.

For Hikers there is also a famous Nationalpark Helvetinjärvi (Hell's lake) located in Ruovesi, 20 km from Suvi-Nuuttila. Here you can enjoy your hiking-tour among deep gorges and steeply-sided lakes followed by a picnic on a cooking place.

In Virrat you can visit the Village of Traditions, Perinnekylä. Perinnekylä has several museums, craft-and art-shops, cafe and restaurant. It is also possible to ride in Perinnekylä.

Ähtäri-Zoo and Lokomotive-Park in Haapamäki are located 60 km from Holiday Village Suvi-Nuuttila. If you want to do some shopping, there are supermarkets in Virrat and Visuvesi. In Töysä there is a famous mall, Veljekset Keskinen, there you can find all you need from fishing equipment to clothes, shoes and ceramics.
